I’m here to help you stop white-knuckling your way through motherhood. For years, I’ve been exploring the quiet language of the nervous system - the internal landscape of the mother that dictates how we show up for ourselves and our children.
I believe that your child isn't just listening to your words; they are tracking your frequency. My work is about moving mothers out of the 'noise' of management and back into the rhythm of resonance. Through somatic practice and the biology of belonging, I guide you back to a place of internal capacity, so you can stop reacting to the chaos and start leading from a place of deep, grounded ease.
With a background in Primary Education, Somatic Focalizing, Children’s Yoga and Matrescence Coaching, I bring both grounded practice and reverence for the unseen pulse that moves beneath our ordinary days.

In this focused space, we’ll move away from the "noise" of the mind and drop into the wisdom of the body. Together, we will tend to your immediate nervous system needs, offering you a gentle recalibration and a practical somatic toolset to carry back into your home. Think of this as a restorative pitstop - a sacred pause to gather yourself before stepping back into the flow of family life.

A 9-Month Somatic Journey into Right Relationship
Most parenting support focuses on what you do. The Resonant Mother focuses on who you are.
This 9-month immersion is a slow, rhythmic journey designed to move you out of the "white-knuckle" grind of survival mode and into a state of deep, sustainable capacity. We move through three chapters: Self, Them, Us - to reshape how you hold yourself, how you decode your children and how you experience your motherhood.
This isn't just a course; it’s a collective sanctuary. Through live somatic sessions, guided recorded practice and our private community space, you will learn to tune your own internal landscape until resonance becomes your natural state.

This guide is specifically designed to support children who are struggling with worries, fears or busy brains at bedtime.
As a somatic coach, I look at bedtime through the lens of the nervous system. When a child is struggling to sleep due to anxiety, their body is often in a state of high alert - a physiological "fight or flight" response. In this state, the brain is scanning for threats (even if those threats are just thoughts) and the body simply doesn’t feel "safe enough" to let go of the day and fall into a deep sleep.
